During his studies at the Pázmány Péter Catholic University, Dusán already participated in research conducted on areas of foreign currency and Banking law at the Department of Economics. In September 2002, he joined the Financing practice group of the Budapest office of Baker & McKenzie as a trainee lawyer, where he became a contracted attorney in 2006; and the leading partner of the Banking, Finance and Securities practice group in 2009. He advised both creditors and debtors, mainly Hungarian and foreign banks, in relation to general corporate and project financing, and various commercial real estate and energy projects, as well as other deals dealing with State guarantee. He also gained experience in aircraft financing transactions. He has been ranked as a recommended lawyer by both Chambers and Legal500 for years.
